1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "epiwin", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the epiwin online gaming platform accessible at epiwin.org and all associated services, features, and subdomains operated under the epiwin brand.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account with epiwin or accesses any part of the epiwin platform, whether as a registered user or a visitor.
• "Account" — means the personal registered account created by a Player on the epiwin platform, uniquely associated with that Player's verified identity and used to access all epiwin services.
• "Platform" — means the epiwin website, mobile-optimised web application, and any related software, tools, or gaming interfaces made available to Players at epiwin.org.
• "Games" — means all casino games, slot games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, and cricket betting markets offered via the epiwin Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account by epiwin as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the minimum amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process epiwin conducts in accordance with its regulatory obligations and responsible gaming commitments.
• "PKR" — means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency displayed and accepted on the epiwin Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the epiwin Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with epiwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and epiwin. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you are required to immediately cease all use of the epiwin Platform and close your Account by contacting epiwin customer support via in-platform live chat.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with epiwin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. epiwin enforces a strict 21+ age policy on all accounts without exception.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by epiwin or by any recognised responsible gaming organisation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement and must not be acting under the influence of any condition that impairs your judgement or decision-making capacity.

epiwin conducts age and identity verification (KYC) as part of its registration process and again prior to processing any withdrawal request. Players will be asked to submit a valid government-issued identification document — such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence — as proof of age and identity.

epiwin will not process any withdrawal for an Account that has not completed KYC verification. Players are encouraged to complete verification early in their epiwin experience to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one epiwin Account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identities — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited at epiwin's discretion.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and contact phone number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. Any changes to your registered details must be communicated to epiwin support promptly.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials — your username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account.
• You must notify epiwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• epiwin will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

epiwin supports a range of local Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on epiwin:

• Payment ownership: All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the Account holder's name. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount on epiwin is Rs 500. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank are typically processed within one to two business days.
• KYC requirement: KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. epiwin will request identity documents prior to approving the first withdrawal on each Account.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• Transaction records: epiwin maintains a complete record of all deposit and withdrawal transactions. Players can view their transaction history in the Account section of the Platform at any time.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

epiwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal PSL cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

• Wagering requirements apply to all Bonus Funds. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated time frame will be automatically removed from the Player's account. Unused bonuses do not carry over.
• One bonus per promotion: Players may not claim the same promotional offer more than once unless the promotion explicitly states it is a recurring or daily offer.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific games or game categories. Where such restrictions apply, they will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse of bonuses: epiwin reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus, and to close an Account, if there is evidence that a Player is abusing epiwin's bonus system. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that epiwin determines to constitute bonus fraud.

epiwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets on the epiwin Platform are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface or betting market. In all cases, the following general rules apply:

• All bets, once confirmed by the Player, are final and cannot be amended or cancelled except in circumstances where epiwin determines that a technical error or pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a proven technical fault or data feed error affecting the display of odds or game outcomes, epiwin reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan national team, and international fixtures — are settled based on official match results as reported by the relevant governing body. epiwin uses certified data feed providers for all sports results.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited. epiwin does not manipulate any game outcome under any circumstances.
• Live casino games operated by third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live are subject to those providers' own game rules, in addition to epiwin's general terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the epiwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on the epiwin Platform.
• Providing false identity information or fraudulent documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on epiwin.
• Colluding with other Players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the epiwin Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Accessing the epiwin Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing epiwin staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

epiwin is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable, controlled form of entertainment — never a source of financial hardship, emotional distress, or addiction. Every epiwin Account comes equipped with the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure time-based reminders that alert them after a set period of continuous play, helping to maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing — from 24 hours up to six months — during which access to all gaming and betting features is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling may request permanent self-exclusion from epiwin. A permanently self-excluded Account cannot be reopened. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the epiwin Responsible Gaming team within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality Checks: epiwin displays a pop-up notification after every 60 minutes of continuous play, showing the Player their session duration and net win/loss position, encouraging a conscious decision about whether to continue playing.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the epiwin Platform — including but not limited to the epiwin logo, brand name, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of epiwin or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the epiwin Platform for personal gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any epiwin content without prior written authorisation.
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on epiwin's Platform or content.
• Using epiwin's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without written permission.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the epiwin Platform by any automated means.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, epiwin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the epiwin Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical outages, data feed errors, or payment processing failures beyond epiwin's reasonable control.
• Loss of data resulting from hardware failure, software malfunction, or cyberattack.
• Any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond epiwin's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Any gaming losses incurred by a Player as a result of their own decisions while using the epiwin Platform.

epiwin makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. epiwin will endeavour to notify Players of scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.

12 Privacy & Data

epiwin collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at epiwin.org/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the epiwin Privacy Policy in full.

epiwin uses Player data exclusively for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of relevant promotional communications where a Player has opted in to receive such communications. epiwin does not sell, rent, or share Player personal data with any third party outside of these stated purposes.

All Player data is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and is protected by epiwin's comprehensive information security infrastructure. Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Such requests should be directed to epiwin's customer support team via in-platform live chat.

13 Amendments to Terms

epiwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Players' rights, obligations, or the operation of key Platform features — epiwin will provide advance notice via a Platform-level notification or registered email address.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the epiwin Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms by the Player.

If a Player objects to any amended Terms, they must cease using the epiwin Platform immediately and request Account closure through epiwin's customer support team. epiwin will process any pending legitimate withdrawal before closing the Account.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which epiwin holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and epiwin, the Player should first contact epiwin's customer support team via in-platform live chat to seek resolution through epiwin's internal complaints process. epiwin commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a full response within ten business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through epiwin's internal process, the Player may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence epiwin operates. epiwin will cooperate fully with any such regulatory review. The decisions of the relevant regulatory authority are final and binding on both parties.
